Have 65 woodcutting or above? Yew logs are selling for about 390gp each right now, making them a very hot item for woodcutters. While it is recommended that you have at least a level of 70-75 woodcutting before you begin chopping these trees, that doesn’t mean you can’t try at lower levels. At the minimum level for chopping yews, 65, 100 logs can be collected in approximately 30-60 minutes, depending on the woodcutting axe you’re using, the dragon axe being the best with the rune axe a close second. The best part about cutting yews are that you can get a profit from them even if you’re not a member!
